Students
Wright Museum staff are available to assist students in their academic work or gain experience working in a museum. Some of the resources that the Wright can provide include:
- Work-study opportunities.
- Access to the Wright’s collections for a special project.
- Consider pursuing a museum studies minor.
- Look for additional opportunities in Schools, such as the School of Media & the Arts.

Faculty
Wright Museum staff are available to assist faculty with integrating museum objects and learning strategies into their course curriculum. Some of the resources that the Wright can provide include:
- Guided tours of galleries and collections storage areas.
- Classroom space for visiting the Wright with your students.
- Identifying objects to pair with a course you are teaching. Access our online database.
- Building the collection to support your curriculum.
- Supervision of student special projects in collections research, museum education, or exhibition development/curation.
Parker Faculty Curator
The Wright Museum selects one faculty each year to become the Parker Faculty Curator.
Community Members and Alumni
Artists
- Consider submitting your artwork to the Annual Beloit and Vicinity Exhibition.
- Reach out to our partner institution, The Beloit Art Center, which features new exhibitions each month.
Beloit College Alumni
Work with Gallery ABBA, the student run gallery that features alumni art.
